Technical management and institutional advisory services

At ARIEMA, we believe that international collaboration is key to the adoption of hydrogen technologies. In line with this commitment, we currently manage the technical secretariat of the following international institutions

Hydrogen Technology Collaboration Programme of the International Energy Agency

The Hydrogen Technology Collaboration Programme (IEA Hydrogen TCP), established in 1977 under the framework of the International Energy Agency (IEA), promotes research, development, and information exchange on hydrogen among its member countries. The TCP aims to expand and diversify its working groups and to incorporate a greater number of members into this international technological collaboration network.

European Hydrogen Safety Panel (EHSP)

The IDOM – ARIEMA Consortium is responsible for managing the European Hydrogen Safety Panel (EHSP). This initiative plays a key role in ensuring and promoting the safe adoption of hydrogen technologies across Europe.

The mission of the EHSP is to:

  • Support the Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (CHJU) in ensuring that hydrogen safety is properly addressed and managed at both programme and project levels.

  • Promote and disseminate hydrogen safety knowledge and culture within and beyond the scope of the CHJU programme.
