PURPOSE
Coordinate activities within an international collaboration program focused on hydrogen technologies.
FUNCTIONS
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Organizing and facilitating both in-person and virtual meetings involving representatives from over 20 different countries.
- Identifying tasks, responsibilities, and priorities within the project and distributing them among team members.
- Preparing and overseeing the annual budget and action plan for the program.
- Providing support to technical working groups (Tasks) from various segments of the hydrogen value chain.
- Ensuring strict compliance with all program procedures.
- Representing the program at national and international events, which may involve tasks ranging from booth management to moderating panels or participating as a speaker.
- Establishing collaborative relationships with other hydrogen initiatives and/or sectors that may align with our program’s activities.
- Reviewing and providing feedback on both internal and external hydrogen technical and strategic reports.
Please note that approximately 80% of the work is conducted in English, with exposure to multiple accents, including those of non-native speakers.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should have a degree in Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Energy and/or additional training in hydrogen is desirable.
LANGUAGES
Proficiency in English at a C1 level is essential. Proficiency in other languages is considered an asset.

We require a minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating industrial projects, with a focus on planning, monitoring, and coordination. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in renewable energy or OIL&GAS sector projects, as well as experience in managing and justifying subsidies.
